
Sr. Pastor Lee Petty
Founder and visionary leader of Bethel Int’l Christian Fellowship, a thriving multicultural Church in San Antonio, Texas who is blessed with a fluent, precise, and revelatory word of God coupled with apostolic and prophetic giftings. He is an effective communicator of God’s word and is known to minister with humor, and a practical dynamic teaching style that helps people apply Biblical truth to their everyday lives.
Pastor Lee’s passion is to help those outside of the body of Christ become a part of the kingdom of God, and for those who are in the body of Christ to fulfill the mandate that God has for their lives. His ministry has taken him throughout the United States, Canada, Costa Rica, Hawaii, and London, England, to proclaim the message of favor and grace. He is the founder of Bethel Community Development Corporation, Inc., A non-profit who’s mission is to be a model of moral transformational leadership addressing the root causes of family violence, youth violence, financial frustrations, substance abuse, educational illiteracy, and HIV/AIDS. He is a trainer of trainers of the How To Father Training Solutions which assist men to succeed in parenting skills.
Since 1987 he has been faithfully married to the lovely Keely Petty, a dynamic Prophetic Voice and jewel to the nations, author, and international conference speaker. He is the privileged father of two young adult sons, Jirah and Jonathan. Pastor Lee is also featured in Who’s Who in San Antonio 2011-2012 African American Edition.

Dr. Keely Petty
Dr. Keely Petty is an author, teacher, commissioner, and prolific international conference speaker. She is a sought after empowerment specialist, transformational innovative thinker, and a life strategist. She has earned a stellar reputation as a change agent and a voice of hope and healing in her community and beyond. Dr. Keely enjoys sharing from her wealth of experience to influence, empower and transform people from all walks of life. She lives by a quote as her life mantra from Mother Teresa that says: “If we have no peace it is because we have forgotten we belong to one another.”
Dr. Keely has received numerous awards for her transformative volunteer and community work from The San Antonio Business Journal Women’s Leadership Award, and the Unsung Hero Spirit of Giving Award, San Antonio Women’s Chamber of Commerce, TOP Ladies of Distinction Community Service, Public Relations Society of America, and has received honors from Texas Governor Greg Abbot for her community impact, and has been appointed Commissioner on San Antonio’s Mayors Commission on the Status of Women, a L’Oreal Paris Woman of Worth Nominated, and is on the Board of the Global Chamber San Antonio. She was appointed Chair of the San Antonio Martin Luther King Commission where San Antonio host the largest march in the nation with 375,000 marchers.
Dr. Keely is a Certified Life Coach, Temperament Counselor, Community Health Worker, Mental Health First Aid, Recovery Coach, and a Substance Abuse Prevention Training Specialist. She is a graduate of The FBI and DEA Citizens Academy, The University of Incarnate Word with a BA in Communication Arts, a Masters and Doctorate Degree in Christian Counseling from The Royal Priesthood Academy, and is a Professional Clinical Member of the National Christian Counselors Association. Dr. Keely is a Prevention Consultant with the Opioid Response Network State Targeted Network. She is married to her lifetime sweetheart and agreement partner Pastor Lee Petty and resides in Cibolo, Texas. Dr. Keely is a proud mother of two young adult sons Jirah and Jonathan Petty.
